Sociological Association of Cyprus

About Us

The Cyprus Sociological Association was founded in Nicosia, Cyprus in November 1996.

The goals of the Association are:

1. 1 To continue towards the spread of sociological thought in the Cypriot Society.
2. 2 The education and training of the Association's members, as well as the promotion of their usefulness to the benefit of the society.
3. 3 The safeguarding of the sociological profession and the promotion of the professional engagement of the members
4. 4 The co-operation with research centers, tertiary education institutions and other bodies in matters of sociological interests.
